SEATTLE - January 17, 2024 – Kevala, an intelligent workforce management platform, is thrilled to announce its expanded partnership with Integral Senior Living, a premier senior living community management company. Together, they are set to introduce Kevala's cutting-edge scheduling platform to all 65 of Integral's assisted living facilities spanning multiple states.

Kevala's innovative approach to scheduling offers a holistic solution that will unite Integral's labor pools on a single, user-friendly platform. The Kevala software bridges the gap between internal and external labor management, streamlining Integral's scheduling processes and tools. The result is an optimized staffing and scheduling strategy.

"We're excited to make Kevala our official scheduling solution across the organization." Vince Limburg, Senior VP of Finance, said on the decision to holistically adopt Kevala.

The objectives of implementing Kevala's scheduling platform across Integral's senior care facilities are:

  • Centralization of reporting and invoicing with external agency partners.
  • Standardization of scheduling processes across all buildings.
  • Enhanced visibility and cost control over agency usage.
  • Real-time insights into the financial and operational health of each facility.

Kevala's full-scale implementation across Integral's communities will unlock complete staffing optimization with a standardized process. This partnership enables Kevala to focus on simplifying the end-user experience while providing Integral with valuable data and insights to enhance its organizational operations.

“We are always looking for ways to innovate and streamline our practices to be more efficient and ensure each resident receives the quality care they need,” – said Collette Gray, President and CEO of Integral Senior Living. “With Kevala’s capabilities, we’ll be able to go above and beyond in meeting those needs while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our staff members.”
